WarrantyThe Scientific and Production Technological Study Centre (NPUTS) and Scientific Research Technological laboratory of State Marine Technical university hereby guarantee, that technological equipment and its parts don’t have material defects, influencing on tools lifetime. According to this warranty NPUTS and NITL PROMISE TO MAKE FREE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT of each item of equipment or parts, which are not conform to the foregoing conditions, while the equipment is still produced and delivered, but not less then 12 months from delivery date. Warranty period for all pneumatic reversible rolling controls and “Mongoose” series machines is limited to 12 months from delivery date. This warranty doesn’t cover: - modified products, wrongly operated, kept careless, or damaged by accident; - tools got disabled as a result of deterioration after normal lifetime; - equipment, repaired or changed by the personnel, not authorized by a manufacturer for this work, with deviation from set repair rules, that entailed worsening of efficiency of a tool. THIS WARRANTY SETS FULL RESPONSIBILITY OF THE MANUFACTURER FOR DELIVERING AND EFFICIENCY OF THE PRODUCTS. MAXIMUM OF MATERIAL RESPONSIBILITY IS LIMITED TO THE PRODUCTS PRICE. |
